There will be a 5K road race this Sunday, March 29th, for anyone wishing to attend. The race begins at 9:30 AM. If you pre-register, the cost is $17 and you will receive a free t-shirt, otherwise the cost is $20 on race day. Both fees include breakfast.

The race will be held at the Plattekill Firehouse on Firehouse Road off of Route 32 in Plattekill (about 8 miles north of Newburgh). Send checks and entries to Southern Ulster Rotary Club: PO Box 839 Plattekill, NY 12568.

Parents offering to drive should meet at jay to leave by 9:50. We will leave after 3rd period. Parents who offered to drive are Mrs. Gomba, Mr. Blackman and Mr. Joyce, we will gather and go.

Saturday – 4 x mile..Race time 3:35pm (Grace Tilearcio, Rachel Miura, Gabrielle Drummond, Danielle Drummond). Mrs. Tilearcio has offered to drive. We will leave Jay at 11am.

Ryan seeded 6th ran a smart race and with a strong finishing kick,  passing 2 runners down the stretch.  He finished 3rd in Public schools and 4th in the Federation  ..The hard work and  dedication, which has been a constant over his career, has finally paid off.. Medaling at states is no easy task. The competition is tough with everyone trying for the Top 6 places.  Lets congratulate him on his accomplishment..

Ryan will be competing this wend at the National Championships along with 11 other athletes.. more to come..

Get your USTAF REGISTRATION DONE RIGHT AWAY.. You will not be able to compete with out it..
