The Boys and Girls ran to a season best in the1600m relay. The Boys ran 3:31.4 and the Girls ran 4:09.7.. Both teams are looking to continue to drop that time down!!!

April 21st: Home Duel meet vs. Mahopac. After a double win at Carmel, let’s keep the momentum going!

April 22nd: Fundraiser at Pizzaria Uno. Let’s get the word out. Tell family, friends, neighbors, teachers, everyone. If you need copied of the coupon, let us know.

April 23rd: No Practice. All coaches will be at the Penn Relays.

April 24th: There is Practice. Everyone should be there.

Carmel meet will be on Wed the 15th.. I understand there is an important meeting for Juniors at 6.30pm.. To accomadate this we will be starting the meet earlier and if parents can get there they will be able sign you up.

Directions:Cornwall Central High School –  84 west..Take exit 7s..At the end of the ramp turn right onto route 300 South.. You will be on route 300 south for 4.6 miles . Go straight on route 300 South until the road ends at an intersection and a traffic light..Turn left which continues route 300 south..Stay on the main road after several hundred feet it bends to the right. Just after you pass Blockbuster Videos on the left , there is a five -way intersection with a stop light. At the intersection turn right onto route 94 west. Go 1.1 miles to the intersection of Mount Airy Road(the road sign is on the right). Turn left into Cornwall Central High School.

There will only be one practice at 9am tomorrow. No 2pm practice!
