We had all 7 varsity boys, 3 JV Boys and 1 Girl (Rachel )break 20 mins..Rachel had the 6th  fastest over all time. Nice job [...]]]></description>

The JV runners ran very aggresive.. Three JV runners under 21mins.. Nice job.  Keep it up..Lets congratulate Ryan Perry, Kyle McCormack and Eric Berlinghoff for there continued improvement.
