The date for this years awards dinner will be March 10th.. Our dinner will be held in the cafeteria.. The captains will be responsible for letting everyone know what to bring. Parents are invited.

2011 NORTHERN COUNTIES

This weeks weather will be a mess. I expect school will be closed for a few days based on weather predictions.. For those of you who are still have meets left it is very important that you continue to train.. Find a place and the time to get it done..If you have a treadmill use it, if you do not have one find a friend that has one.. Get out and run in the snow.. Put  some boots on and run some hills, sprint in your back yard, run the stairs in your house.. IMPROVISE !!! We can not go 2/3 days  with out  training.. If you belong to a gym get there….What ever you do make sure it is hard and fast!!! Nothing slow and easy…

If you plan on running in the spring you may continue coming to practice and train any time you want.  Physicals are now being done so do not procrastinate and get your physical. Remember, a medical form to participate must be filled out for every season. Our next meet is the Varsity Classic.. It is a very selective meet. not everyone on this list will be going.
