The 3200m relay team of Gabi,Danny Gabi and Bri ran there best time of the season with a 10:19.. Time might of been 3 to 4 secs faster if Gabi Drummond did not have to leap , and stumble over a fallen runner..

The 1600m relay team of Daniella,Lauren,Michelle and Ally lowered their school / county record to 4:06.3.. Lauren Crawford and Michelle Granuzzo ran their fastest splits of the season.

The boys 1600m relay team was led by TJ Scanlan who ran a 53.8 anchor leg

The boys 3200m relay team was off to a good start with a ccouple of 2:08 legs from Nick Joseph and Mike Turi

Team Pictures are on Feb 4th we will be taking team pictures in full uniform.

Bus will depart at 6.15am.. Meet begins at 8.45am doors open at 8am.

There has been a change to the county meet.. We will not be able to take everyone due to the scheduling of 3 county meets at the Armory.There is time table for start and completion of each meet .. Our time schedule is that the meet start sat 8.45am and be done by 2pm. We will let everyone know by Wed who will be attending the County meet on Sunday

Bus will depart at 6.15am..Meet begins at 8.45am at the Armory..
All athletes will participate..
Mid Terms are next week we will have practice at our normal time …2pm.. You will need to attend practice to continue on..

Excellent job by everyone..The girls finished 2nd and the boys finished 4th. There were a lot of great performances last night..

3200m relay ran to a personal best 8:43.5

Gabi Drummond – 2nd place finish 3000m ..10.50 qualified for Easterns.

The Frosh-Soph meet is canceled. There will be no bus. See you Tuesday!

Weather a little dicey tomorrow.. The meet will be on. I will be checking the Armory site through te night and morning.. Please continue to check our web page.. The weather forcast calls for a winter weather advisory for the morning..We may cancel morning bus .. If so that means no Frosh/Soph meet.. Check back for an update by 9pm
