DIRECTIONS: Take Taconic Parkway south to the Saw Mill Parkway south. You will merge on the Henry Hudson.. After you pay the toll get over to your left when you go under the GW bridge go left and follow the signs for Riverside Drive South..Less than a 1/2 mile turn left on 165th street. Go up one block to the light and that is Fort Washington.. The Armory is 3 blocks to the left on 168th st.

COUNTYMEETINFORMATION

All after school activities including Indoor Track Practice is canceled for today.

Bus will depart on Sunday @12.30pm…Make sure you have all your equipment ready to go.. We will not be ablet to get into the school.

Unfortunately, since the school district is only allowing 2 buses for the upcoming meet (one for boys and one for girls), we will have to make some cuts to the number of girls attending the Northern County meet in order to fit safely on the bus.  It is not my desire to do this since every girl has been working hard this season and has been continuing to improve. I will allow  and encourage girls to practice for a couple weeks longer if they are planning on running Spring Track. Here is the roster for the upcoming meet:  Northern County Roster

There is still practice this week. If you can not make it to practice because of not having a ride, send Coach Roth a message so that you know what the workout is to do on your own (845-416-8393). IF YOU ARE ON THE ROSTER TO COMPETE YOU NEED TO RUN THIS WEEK!

Practice will continue to be from 2pm – 4pm during regents week. Please make all efforts to get there..

Next meet will be the county championships on Sunday at the armory.. Bus will depart at 12.30pm.. The meet starts at 3:30pm..

Bus will return at around 10pm..

Sorry to put everyone in a holding pattern..  Definitely not racing today..

See everyone tomorrow… 6.30pm.. we will have extra drivers so kids will not have to be crowded going over..

With the on-coming storm for this w/end this is the way i see things shaping up. Not really sure what time snow is starting, i hear early Friday morning.. If that is the case and we get  6-8 inches i do not see us going.  If school closes due to weather , we can not go.  If we do not go on Friday ,we will be leaving from John Jay on Sat at 6.30am. If  everything is a go for Friday we will be staying at the hotel below.
