Boys Results   I was really impressed at  the way we really went after it at the Stae Qualifier. The relay teams raced there best times of the   year showing that they are now coming around and should be a force this spring.. Congratulations on a sucessful season..Oh! by the way  A BIG CONGRATULATIONS TO RYAN GOMBA FOR QUALIFYING FOR THE STATE MEET .. Some of the best competition you  could find was in that race ..he did an excellent job running against a quality field..

Results We got 2nd place but it was fairly close. Nice job by all. Where our weakness was is where Arlingtons strength is. We really need to focus on Depth and Distance events. Ryan Gomba, Kevin Bunce, Frank Risole, 800m/relay and the 1600m/relay were all 1st place winners.

League Meet Results

All the girls really stepped it up at the League Meet on Saturday. We took 4 individual wins: Karlie in the 55 and 300, Jenna in the Racewalk and Daniella in the 55 hurdles. Other key performers were Emily in the Triple jump (4th) and the High jump (3rd), Gabi and Kelly in the 1000m (5th and 6th) and Lauren in the Pole Vault (5th). For full results: CLICK HERE

Boys Varsity Results | Boys Frosh/Soph Results Due to taking the varsity bus I missed the Frosh/Soph races. I knew right away that they must of ran very well. Some were proudly wearing medals they had won by winning there heat. Great job by all…Ryan Gomba set a new school record in the 600y race with a 2nd place finish.

Lots of improvements by the Frosh/Soph girls at the Suffern Invitational. Suffern Frosh/Soph. There were some very impressive performances at the Varsity’s meet. Jenna PR’d, beat the school record by 21 seconds in the walk and qualified for Nationals. Karlie and Grace both ran quick 300’s, Karlie breaking her own school record. Suffern Varsity

Boys Results Nice job by all. People continue to improve with alot of PR’s and great effort. Great battle in the 300 between Gomba and Bunce. Gomba took this one. Bunce wants a rematch.

ResultsWe had a small select group go down to theArmory…and we came back with some personal records, League and County Records.

Congratulations to Karlie Dean who broke the school and County record in the 300 meter with a time of 41.12 eclipsing the previous record of 41.7

Ryan Gomba ran to a personal best of 4:39 in the 1600.

Danielle Bernasconi got 4th place in the Freshman hurdles with a time of 10.8.
