What a turn out !!!! 120-140 …The 1st week went very well. I saw a great amount of talent.. I am impressed.. Everyone is on time and getting there warm ups in.. We are very excited about this season.. I have completed our schedule and i will hand it out on Monday. The week after the holiday we will have a Parents /Coaches meeting.. It is very important that parents be there so that they can get answers to their questions. I will let everyone know in advanced when and where the meeting will be held.  

We will pick it up a notch on Monday be  ready!!!

Mike Turi finished 36th out of 108 athletes at the Class AA state Championships.. Mike ran a time of 16:47….A great ending to a fantastic season..

We are all excited by the turn out at todays Indoor Track Meeting.. If you are coming out for Track for the first time  or if you have been sitting on your rear end during the fall  i put this challenge out to all of you. Get out and get moving.. Get some running in, get some ab work in , do some push ups..Start getting  yourself  in shape.You have 5 days to get some running in before practice starts on Monday. Our motto is ” There are no Short Cuts to the Top”

There are many area business’s directly across from John Jay and on rt 52 that are waiting for some one to stop by and ask for a donations.  In town there are many who will donate.. Get out and help your team make some money..

Our transportation cost is” ZERO”…  as long as we pay our entry fee to our meets with our sports budgeted money the district will bus us to our meets.  Our plan all along was to pay our entry fees with our budget money. We started this year with $2,300 dollars and we have $1,546 going into our Indoor Season.  We now have transportation to all of our Indoor and Spring meets.. The issue of having 1 bus to our meets is really a non issue.  We will manage the busing to our meets accordingly based on how many will be competing that day..  Thank You…Coach Lee
