Former John Jay-EF star and current Stanford runner Hakon DeVries is running well for the #2 Cardinals. Hakon ran 24:07 to place 25th at Pre-Nationals as Stanford won the white race in Terra Huate, Ind.

Results Eric B.nice race in the 1.5  focusing on your arms is paying off..You might see your self on varsity next week!! Russo is closing the gap on the #2 and #3 runners, now beat them..Gomba under 13.27 at Van Cortland is a very,very  good time.. Need to run under 17 at Bowdoin@ State Quals in 3 weeks..

Boys ResultsI would like to thank all runners on an excellent over night trip. There were no issues to deal with and it looked like everyone had a good time. We had all 7 varsity boys, 3 JV Boys and 1 Girl (Rachel )break 20 mins.Rachel had the 6th  fastest over all time. Nice job Rachel!!!! Ryan Gomba broke 17 mins for the 1st time. Congratulations to everyone.
