There will be a team pasta party at Ryan Gomba’s house this Friday at 6PM to carb-up for the Somer’s meet on Saturday. Please try to be on time at 6 sharp so we can play some casual vball and stuff before it gets dark and can get down to eating lots of pasta. Everyone is invited, parents included. Please come!!! Boys ResultsExcellent job by all runners.. For our 1st meet really impressed with the performance..When you can PR at Bowdoin at this early means that the hard work you put in over the summer is paying off with some great early results.. 

On Monday September 22nd @ 6pm in the Poughkeepsie HS auditorium, Wayne Mazzoni will be here to do a presentation on college athletics, the NCAA Clearinghouse and the overall recruiting process.  All are welcome.

Bowdoin Park Directions: Head north on RT 9 and pass the Poughkeepsie Galleria. Take a left onto Spring Road. Take another left onto Sheafe Road. Bowdoin Park is on the right.

Ketcham,Arlington,North Rockland and Clarkstown South will be at Bowdoin.. Should be a great meet to see where we are at this early time in the season. Many of y0u do not have enough practices to compete .. In order to compete you must be at practice.(10 practices). Some of you i can tell who have been on the team before came in out of shape..   We will not hold back on w/outs because you came in out of shape..

Meeting will be held at 6pm in the large group instruction room which is off to the right of the main entrance. Hope to see everyone there

Monday at 6pm.. We will meet in the large group instruction room which is located to the right of the main school intrance ..It will be a good time to get all your questions answered about our season. There have been some rule changes for those who depends on some one else to get home after a meet  and not take the bus.

Practice will begin promptly at 2pm… Be on time..

On Thursday the 9/4 we will be catching a bus and leaving for Sharpe Reservation at 2pm. We will get back around 4pm.. Make sure you have rides set up to get home..  There will be no bus to get you home….Please relay this to your parents. Expect a great w/out..
