This Friday marks the first official practice of the Fall season. We will be having practice both at 9am and 6pm. We expect everyone to make one or both of the practices. Remember you need 10 before the first meet, so coming to both sessions would be smart.

Practice will be held at Jay at 6pm. We coaches have CPR class.

Friday: 8/22 starts our 1st practice day that goes towards the 10 you need to compete in your 1st meet. Attendance will be taken daily.  We will post a schedule for next weeks workout schedule.

Our 1st meet is 8/9, right around the corner. Everyone should be putting the miles in, long runs and lots of core work.

5 weeks before our 1st meet.. For those of you that i have not seen at our weekly practice sessions or have not put in the summer training you will most likely not be in any shape to help the team. 

Physicals: 8/13..John Jay High Schools..8am-12pm

7th & 8th graders who want to compete in High School..Physical Fitness Test on 8/11, 9am at Ketcham High School
