DIRECTIONS: Take taconic Parkway south to the Saw Mill Parkway south. You will merge on the Henry Hudson.. After you pay the toll get over to your left when you go under the GW bridge go left and follow the signs for Riverside Drive South..Less than a 1/2 mile turn left on 165th street. Go up one block to the light and that is Fort Washington.. The Armory is 3 blocks to the left.

Hello all,

I will not be at practice tomorrow, Thursday 11/8.  The race assignments are posted below for Friday and the race assignments for Sunday will be posted soon.  The distance group should warm up/stretch with the team and then do 30 min & strides.  The bus on Friday is at 2:15… any questions you can call/text me at 845-642-2910 or ask one of the other coaches.

DIRECTIONS: Rockland Community College

87 Thruway South

Exit 14B (Airmont). Turn left on Airmont Road  which becomes Highview Road. Turn left at 4th stop-light, onto College Road. Follow College Road and turn left onto Campus at main entrance.

Route 9 South to Annsville Traffic Rotary. Follow signs around Rotary to Route 9 South. Cross bridge to traffic light. Stay in left hand lane. At traffic light make left turn onto Bear Mountain Parkway East. One mile to Division Street. Exit and make left at end of ramp. Proceed one mile to Colonial Terrace.
