September 28, 2011

Hello all,

I hope you enjoy your well deserved day off tomorrow.  Try and get a little run in just to get the soreness our from the hill work out today– and STRETCH!

Also, LEAGUES is on TUESDAY!! Those of you that have clubs, tutors, meetings, work, appointments, and various other activities- you HAVE to figure something out.  The rule has been in the past if you cannot come to Leagues, you are doneeeee for the season.  Since I don’t want that to happen just yet- come! If you need to go to your meeting, you’ll have to get a ride over to Bowdoin.  I believe the girls will be racing at 4:45pm, so no excuses! :) Let’s get ready!
