1st DAY OF OUR LEGAL PRACTICE WILL BE AUG 24TH@6PM.. THIS 1ST DAY IS MANDATORY. PRACTICE WILL BE HELD EVERY DAY. THE TIMES OF OUR PRACTICE SCHEDULE WILL BE DECIDED AT OUR 1ST PRACTICE. YOU NEED 10 PRACTICES TO BE ABLE TO COMPETE IN THE 1ST MEET.

The practice location has changed to Baird Park.. Baird Park is right off the Taconic  Parkway North just a mile or 2 past the route 55 exit.  Once you enter and go down a slight hill you will make a  right hand turn. There will be a parking area at the top of the hill on your left.. We will meet there.

For those of you who can not make Wed practice keep your focus and keep training.. There will be captains practice called during the summer..Boys captain Tyler Bennett, Girls captain Kelly Pascarella. Next week we will be at Bowdoin Park in Wappingers. Be prepared to get some work in.

We will be having two photo shoots, this coming Monday and Tuesday, at the Poughkeepsie Journal building on Market Street. The time for the Monday shoot is 3-5 p.m., and the Tuesday one is 5-7 p.m. You can come on either day, and you can wear your regular clothes (no uniforms, or anything like that).
