Good first meet yesterday everyone! The conditions were not great but yesterday only proved how tough you can be and will only make the next race better!

Below is a list of those going to the Queensbury Meet on 9/23-9/24 and room assignments.  Please e-mail either Coach Dori or Coach Lee with parents that are definitely driving and how many they can bring.

Practice begins: 2pm … Practice ends at 4pm.. Be on time!!! Dressed and ready to run..

We have late bus transportation this year.. Late bus 3.40pm..

Due to storm damage at Bowdoin Park we will be having practice at Jay on Thursday and Friday.. Practice time will be 9am.. Excellent practice today.. 3.7 milkes from Jay to the hill @Sharpe..Total mileage including hill work around 8 miles. There will be no scheduled practice on Monday 9/5.. Get out and get some mileage in..
